Shipping Regions & Rates
We currently offer shipping to most countries worldwide. Shipping fees and delivery times vary based on your location and the value of your order:
- Standard Delivery: 5–7 business days
- Delivery times may vary depending on location.
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.
Note: During the Lunar New Year holiday (January–February), delivery may take up to 45 additional business days. The estimated total delivery time will be shown at checkout.
Shipping Fees
1. Product Orders:
- Orders under $200: $19.99 shipping fee
- Orders between $200–$299.99: $23.99 shipping fee
- Orders of $300 or more: Free express shipping
2. Fabric Booklets:
- Free shipping within the US
- Sample orders: $5.99 shipping fee

Track Your Shipment
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email including the shipping carrier and tracking number.
You can track your package directly on the carrier’s official website using the tracking number provided.
Damaged or Lost Packages
We take great care in packaging your items, but if something goes wrong in transit, here’s what to do:
1. If your item arrives damaged and unused:
Please contact us at support@mrs-awesome.com within 3 days of delivery and include clear photos of the damage. We’ll arrange a replacement as soon as possible.
2. If your package is lost before delivery:
First, contact the carrier to verify the issue:

- UPS: 1-800-742-5877
- DHL: 1-800-225-5345 (US) / 1-855-345-7447 (Canada)
Then email us at support@mrs-awesome.com with a brief description and screenshots of the carrier’s response.
We’ll offer you a full refund or replacement—whichever you prefer—at no extra cost.
