Section 6 - Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

1. Cancellations and Modifications

You may cancel an order within 48 hours of placement for a full refund.

After 48 hours, but prior to shipment, you may cancel or modify your order and will be refunded 50% of the total cost, or be required to pay any difference for the modified order.

Once an order has shipped or a custom item has been completed, it may not be cancelled or refunded.

2. Custom Products

Custom products (e.g., fabrics, sizes, personalized designs) may not be canceled or returned once production has started.

If there is a quality issue caused by MrsAwesome (e.g., sizes, damage), please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will repair it, replace it, or cover the return shipping at no cost to you.

3. Returns and Refund Policy

All returns and refunds are subject to the terms outlined in our Return and Exchange Policy.
