Ironing: Iron on low heat while slightly damp for a smooth finish. Skip ironing if you prefer a relaxed texture.
Storage: Fold neatly and store in a cool, dry place. Avoid hanging for extended periods to prevent stretching.

How do I contact after-sales service?

Are the curtain panels sold as a pair or individually?

Our panels are sold individually (1 panel per package). This gives you the flexibility to order exactly what you need, whether it’s a single panel for a small window or multiple panels for a large sliding door. If you need a pair, please select a quantity of 2.

How do you handle oversized curtain orders?

For large sizes, we use:

Fabric Rotation: Rotate fabric for longer lengths if exceeding roll height.
Splicing: Join panels for width/length (seams may be visible).

Do I need to buy hooks or rings separately?

That depends on the header style you choose!

Grommet: No hooks needed. You just slide the rod through the rings.
Pleated Styles: We include adjustable hooks with your order. However, you will need to purchase the curtain rings and rod separately.
Rod Pocket: No hooks or rings needed.

How should I clean and care for curtains?

Hang dry or tumble dry on low.
Spot clean, dry clean, or hand wash/gentle machine wash.
Avoid bleaching.
Steam iron while slightly damp. Use a low-temperature iron to prevent damage.
Always check the care label on the bottom left of the curtain for specific instructions.
