Damaged or Lost Packages
We take great care in packaging your items, but if something goes wrong in transit, here’s what to do:
1. If your item arrives damaged and unused:
Please contact us at support@mrs-awesome.com within 3 days of delivery and include clear photos of the damage. We’ll arrange a replacement as soon as possible.
2. If your package is lost before delivery:
First, contact the carrier to verify the issue:

Then email us at support@mrs-awesome.com with a brief description and screenshots of the carrier’s response.
We’ll offer you a full refund or replacement—whichever you prefer—at no extra cost.
Refund Requests
If you wish to request a refund after receiving your item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We’ll guide you through the return and refund process.
