Thank you for choosing Mrs. Awesome! Please review our return policy carefully. We recommend contacting us before initiating any dispute so we can help resolve the issue efficiently.
Before You Order
- Confirm Curtain Size: Use our measurement tool or a metal tape to measure manually.
- Confirm Color, Material, Texture & Pattern: Order fabric samples to avoid discrepancies due to monitor or lighting differences. Our sample book uses the exact same material as our curtains.
- Confirm Header Style & Liner: Read our blog for a professional explanation to choose the right style.

Order Modification
If you need to modify your custom curtain order, please contact us at support@mrs-awesome.com within 24 hours of purchase.
After 24 hours, as the fabric cutting process will have begun, orders can no longer be directly modified. If a change is necessary:

If the original order amount is greater than the revised amount, the price difference will not be refunded.

If the original order amount is less than the revised amount, you will need to place a new order, and we will offer you a 60% discount on the new order.
If you wish to cancel your order, only a partial refund will be issued, based on the production progress. We appreciate your understanding.
Return Eligibility
Please check if your item meets our return criteria. Some items may be marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” in the product description.
Can I Return?
- Fabric swatches and sample booklets – Not returnable
- Custom-made products – Non-returnable if made to your order’s specifications
Returnable Items:
If you need to make a return, please complete the return process within 30 days of receiving your order.
If necessary, please email support@mrs-awesome.com with us and provide the following information:
- Order number
- Problem description
- Clear photos of the item
Once confirmed, we’ll cover return shipping and remake your product. Original drapes must be returned.
Returnable Scenarios Include:
- Wrong Color: e.g. ordered white, received grey
- Wrong Size: size error exceeds ±1.5%
- Wrong Material: e.g. ordered “Peony”, received “Dandelion”
- Wrong Header Style: e.g. ordered “Pleated”, received “Grommet”
- Wrong Liner Type
- Manufacturing Errors
Non-returnable Scenarios:
- Misinterpreted product image
- Correct size made, but doesn’t fit
- Too heavy
- Not your preferred color
- Slight color variation (within tolerance)
- Quality doesn’t meet expectations
- Change of mind / no longer needed
- Ordered wrong item
- Size tolerance within ±1.5%
- Delivered later than expected
- Ordered by mistake
- Incorrect self-measurement
- Natural dye lot variation between samples and final product
- Color changes due to liner use
- Light-blocking not meeting personal expectations
In the case of order issues caused by you (such as incorrect selection of curtain heads, fabrics, dimensions, etc.), we are happy to offer you a 60% discount on a new order should you wish to reorder.
Don't Like What You Ordered?
If your item is defective or damaged, contact us within 7 days at support@mrs-awesome.com Include:
- Photos of item & shipping label
We’ll assess the issue and offer a refund, repair, or replacement.
Returns must be made within 30 days, in brand-new condition, with original packaging and tags intact.
Refund Limits
We’ll inspect your returned item to ensure it’s unused and in original condition. Once approved, we will:
- Refund, replace, or repair the item at our discretion
- Process refund within 5–7 business days
Important Notes:
- No price adjustments for previous orders
- No refunds for lost packages (we’ll resend instead)
- No refunds for delivered items with proof of receipt
Return Shipping Address
Once your return is approved, we will email you the correct return address from support@mrs-awesome.com
Shipping Damages or Loss
- Damaged Item: Email us within 3 days with photos; we’ll send a replacement.
- Lost in Transit: Confirm with courier, send screenshots to us, and choose refund or reship.
Disputes & Chargebacks
Please avoid disputes. They freeze your money for up to 90 days. Communicate with us first—we’ll resolve your issue quickly and effectively. We aim for zero chargebacks.
